Entrepreneur Consultation
While we offer consulting services to any organization or business, our passion is helping entrepreneurs launch well. With Entrepreneur Consultation, we will encourage you through each step of developing your business, from writing a business plan to establishing your digital presence to launching your company. (You will find a similar service offered in the Corporate Training section, however it will not include our personalized consultation. That training is only to teach you the tools of effective entrepreneurship.)
Idea Floating & The 365 Approach
– Idea Floating is when your company or organization has lots of ideas for direction but cannot agree or decide what would be best. An outside neutral voice can offer great clarity.
– The 365 Approach takes those ideas and helps with mapping out the whole company, improving a specific department or problem, researching and comparing what competitors offer, or any other strategy that needs implementing. This process will take you through an approach to be thinking strategically every day.
– A minimum of three personalized in-person or video conference sessions is required before moving forward.
Business Planning
– For beginning entrepreneurs or organizations looking to shift their focus, we can help design and develop a business plan. This can be done in-person or via video conference or email.
– Already have a business plan? We can help review and critique your plan before launching.
– Need to present you plan to other investors? We provide coaching for giving a verbal presentation of your plan to others.
